KinnoloEstate is a web design agency specializing in creating custom websites, digital solutions, and online experiences. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services.

2. Services

KinnoloEstate offers a range of services, including but not limited to website design, development, UX/UI design, website maintenance, and digital consulting. Each project is governed by a separate service agreement that outlines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of KinnoloEstate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.

• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or content in a timely manner.

• Use the services and deliverables only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, code, and other materials created by KinnoloEstate during the project are the property of KinnoloEstate until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose. KinnoloEstate retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payments

Fees for services are outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. Payment terms, including due dates and milestones, will be specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. Projects may be put on hold if payments are not received as agreed.

6. Confidentiality

KinnoloEstate respects the confidentiality of your business and personal information. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill the terms of the service agreement.

7. Revisions and Approval

KinnoloEstate will provide drafts, mockups, or prototypes for your review and approval. Any revisions requested after the final approval may incur additional charges. Delays in providing feedback or approvals may impact the project timeline.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. If the client terminates the agreement, they will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, as well as any non-cancellable expenses incurred by KinnoloEstate. KinnoloEstate reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or fails to make timely payments.

9. Limitation of Liability

KinnoloEstate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

KinnoloEstate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
